In general, the average waiting time for the presentation of the masseuses is 3 minutes, except during busier time slots when the waiting time can be between 5-15 minutes. In the meantime, you can relax in the lounge area, enjoying a drink on the house.

However, if you are looking for a specific masseuse, service, or a rarer erotic massage technique, please make an appointment at least 30 minutes in advance by calling the displayed phone number.

At VIP-ZONE.RO, we pay special attention to hygiene and safety, using only professional products approved by the Ministry of Health for use in medical facilities. These include hygiene solutions, disinfectants, degreasing detergents, and cleaning products, all designed to ensure a clean and safe environment for all our clients.

Additionally, the oils and creams used during massage sessions are also of professional quality.

To enhance hygiene levels, we provide disposable slippers and sheets, single-use shower gel, as well as single-use bags for sealing personal items.

Moreover, all of our staff are employed in compliance with the law and hold valid occupational health certificates, ensuring that we meet the highest safety and health standards.

All of these measures are designed to guarantee high-quality service and a safe environment.

The VIP-ZONE.RO salon has a strict policy regarding the request for extra fees in the massage rooms. Our employees are not allowed to ask clients for extra amounts under any circumstances. Each masseuse has a service sheet at the reception, which specifies the services, techniques used, and the permissiveness level of each masseuse, all included in the displayed price.

After each massage session, the receptionist will ask you whether the masseuse requested any extra fees, and we kindly ask you to respond truthfully.

On the other hand, if you are satisfied with the services received and the masseuse’s attitude, you have the option to give a tip, at your own discretion, within the boundaries of common sense, just as in any other service industry (hair salon, restaurant, taxi, etc.).

To maintain a relaxing and erotic atmosphere in the salon, please adhere to the rules below. Otherwise, the massage session will end without refunding any amounts already paid. In case of serious misconduct, security services will be contacted.

DO NOT

• harass, push, insult, or yell at the staff (masseuses, receptionists, auxiliary staff)
• smoke regular cigarettes or consume illegal substances
• take photographs, record videos, or make audio recordings anywhere in the salon, especially of the masseuses
• insist on requesting services that can be associated with prostitution
• use inappropriate language in the salon

Please note that the VIP-ZONE.RO salon and its management:

• DO NOT tolerate the use, trafficking, or promotion of illegal substances, psychoactive drugs, or any form of prohibited activities.
• Sexual services or activities related to prostitution are strictly prohibited.

Additionally,

DO NOT

• provide services to individuals under the age of 18!
• provide services to individuals who are heavily intoxicated or
• visibly affected by the consumption of prohibited substances. We reserve the right to select our clients
• provide services to individuals with visible dermatological conditions (or any other nature) or to those with poor hygiene
• refund amounts paid for the described services, regardless of the reason, but you can change the masseuse or room at any time based on a valid reason
• participate in misunderstandings you may have with the masseuse for services other than those presented on the official website and at the salon’s reception.
• guarantee the safety of personal belongings, but we will do our best to ensure it.
• be responsible for any adverse reactions caused by medical conditions. Please consult your doctor.
